What is a channel or channeled message?

We are all channels. You’ve experienced it when you are doing something that you truly love and enjoy. And you’ve experienced it when you are having one of those conversations where you feel you are really connecting with another person or group of people. It’s what I used to call speaking from the heart. And when I would do that, it would become very meaningful where each of us would leave the conversation feeling uplifted and connected. I now know that connection to be to our higher selves, to the deeper part of our consciousness that we sometimes block out with the noise of each day. When you can slow down, become quiet, and listen beyond the brain, when the thoughts that come are peaceful and feel good, that’s when you know you are connected to your higher consciousness. That’s where peace and love is and it’s where you can find more and more joy in your life. So I invite you to share this exploration, this journey into higher consciousness with me as we continue to listen to the messages of Peace and Love within us.
